Newbury Commons

NewBury Commons is part of the Pennsylvania-designated “Elm Street Program” in the city of Bradford, PA. The development is an urban infill project and will prove for nine two-family residences on nine separate reconfigured parcels, one three-story Senior Resident Garden Apartment building with twenty-six quality apartments, and an adaptive re-use, three-story manufacturing loft (1800s vintage) conversion to six apartments for general occupancy.

Off-street parking, a playground, two distinct interior community spaces, development-wide recycling program, family housing units, mobility- impaired accessible units, visitable units, Hearing and Vision impaired units and Adaptable Accessible units are all employed within the development plans. NewBury Commons utilizes green building practices, energy efficiency measures with overall building performance in mind to ensure the longevity of the buildings and to reduce the operating cost for both the residents and the developer.
