Morrow Hall is an outstanding example of McKim, Meade and White’s campus architecture and has been sesitivelt renovated, preserving much of its outstanding architectural character. Exterior renovation includes replacement of slate roofing, window replacement and restoration of porches and porticos. Interior renovations include a new room layout to provide singles and two-room doubles, new bathrooms, a new elevator and common spaces for each floor. The building will house approximately 70 students. The lower level is improved to gain space for student offices. Modern mechanical, electrical and fire protection systems are provided throughout the building.
